Jessica Tinoco

Phoenix, Arizona Office

Jessica Tinoco was born in Zacatecas Mexico and moved to the United States with her family at the age of six.  After high school Jessica began working as a legal assistant and quickly moved up to a litigation paralegal handling personal injury claims for six years.

Jessica attended Arizona State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies and a Certificate in International Relations.

Jessica graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2012.  While in law school, Jessica earned the highest recognitions in Legal Writing and Claims Against Governmental Entities.  Jessica worked for the Arizona Justice Project for post-conviction relief.  Jessica also worked as an intern for the Staff Attorney’s Office at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Thereafter, Jessica worked for the United States Attorney’s Office Civil Division as a legal intern under the direction of Chief Deputy Peter Lantka.

Jessica joined Cruz & Associates in 2014 and handles personal injury, wrongful death, third party liability, premises liability, and government claims for the firm’s Phoenix Office. She is bilingual in Spanish.
