February 7, 2017 –  Cruz & Associates denounces any affiliation with the accused individual going by the name of Juan Manuel Pineda Cruz who has allegedly taken money from several Hispanic families in Atlanta with promises to bring their family members to the US.  His accusers report that he passed himself off to them as a licensed immigration attorney and charged thousands for his services.

We want the public at large to know that this individual is not affiliated and has never been associated in anyway with Cruz & Associates and that his use of our website address on his business card makes our firm victims of his as well.

Cruz & Associates has dedicated over 25 years to serving the injured in the Hispanic community and we join the community, law enforcement and media in seeking justice for the persons allegedly victimized by this individual.
