2024 Scholarship Applications Now Open

Ronald (Ronnie) Pelliter, the son of Cuban exiles, is a Miami native who grew up witnessing the injustices endured by immigrants in his community.  These hardships inspired Ronnie to become an attorney in the hopes of serving as becon of justice for his community and continue to fuel his passion for protecting the rights of injured workers.

A singular focus on worker’s compensation law has eared Ronnie remarkable acclaim and an impressive track record in the courtroom over the last twenty years. His expertise in workers compensation enabled him to effectively represent countless injured workers, both before the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Board and in the Georgia State Court of Appeals. Ronnie possesses the skill and tenacity to try cases with exceptional competence, securing millions in compensation for his clients. His remarkable ability to litigate complex injury cases secure victories on behalf of injured workers sets him apart as a highly respected advocate in the field of workers’ compensation law.

Ronnie Pellitero us a graduate of Florida International University (FIU), where he earned dual degrees in business administration and international business. He later earned a Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas Aquinas University in Florid and successfully passed the bar exams in both Arizona and Georgia. His unwavering dedication to the practice of Workers’ Compensation law at Cruz & Associates is a testament to his commitment to serving injured individuals and ensuring their rights are protected.

Ronnie is the son of Cuban exiles and native of Miami, Florida. He is married and lives in Atlanta with his wife Annette and their two children, Audrey and Andrew.
