2024 Scholarship Applications Now Open

Quynh Truong-Johnson native Vietnam, is a celebrated Atlanta attorney in the area of workers’ compensation and personal injury law.  She was inspired to become an attorney by the struggles faced by her family as they navigated a new country without the knowledge of their rights nor the language.  This experience motivated her to dedicate her career to represented injured workers.

Quynh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s Studies and Political Science from the University of Georgia. During her time at the University of Georgia, Quynh was a competing member on the Mock Trial Team, and served as President of the Vietnamese Students’ Association.

She earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of South Carolina School of Law where she served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, was an active member of the Mock Trial, Law Leadership Advisory Board, Phi Delta Phi, and serving as a Peer Mentor.

Quynh is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Workers’ Compensation Section, the Atlanta Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA), and is on the Board of both the Vietnamese American Bar Association – Georgia (VABA-GA), and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association Law Foundation. Quynh is also the past President of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA). She is a bilingual Atlanta attorney, fluent in Vietnamese. Quynh currently lives in Atlanta with her husband Eric and three children.
